We are a new art and gallery space in Bushwick that offers a perfect venue for exhibitions, performances, product launches, lectures, screenings, workshops, corporate events, and shoots.
Conveniently located near the Morgan Avenue subway stop for the L train, we're just a 16-minute ride from Union Square.
Amenities
The space comfortably accommodates 50 standing attendees or 30 seated. It has a private bathroom and it is accessiblxe through elevator. It features renovated hardwood floors, adjustable track lighting, and freshly painted white walls.
Tables, chairs (limited quantity) and Wi-Fi are provided.
Umwelt is located in the heart of. Bushwick, a thriving and exciting neighborhood, full of creative professionals and artists.

RENTAL FEES
Fees generally go from $65/hour–$100/hour, with a 10% discount for 8+ hours. Customized packages are designed to attend different needs. Event insurance is required for most rentals.
An $80 cleaning fee is added to all rentals. The gallery is not only cleaned after your event, but also and foremost, before your event.
We require a $500 security deposit at time of booking (Venmo, cash and credit card are accepted). This deposit will be refunded after your event, provided you do not damage the space or incur any extra fees.
Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care. Renter/Artist will be held responsible for any damages inflicted on the equipments under his/her responsibility, incurring in the partial or total retaining of the security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 30 days prior to your event: 75% of the booking fee will be refunded
Up to 15 days prior to your event: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded
No refunds are issued for any cancellation informed within 15 days prior to the date of a booking event.
